The steamed rice are manufactured when the grain is still inside the shell. This process is similar to parboiling but not the same. The rice are then husked at later stage and polished as per customers requirement.

The dried up paddy is passed through the pneumatic rubber rollers to separate from its peel i. e. husk. The grain comes out in raw form and it is brown in color which is called Brown Rice. These grains can be processed further according to the customers requirement.
