Sales & Distribution Manager
Sales Full-time 📍 Lahore, Pakistan
We’re looking for a results-oriented Sales & Distribution Manager to lead our national retail rollout. This is a high-impact role focused on laying the foundation of our local FMCG presence — from securing distributors to getting us stocked in top supermarket chains.
Responsibilities
Build distribution from scratch: Identify, onboard, and manage regional distributors and wholesalers across Pakistan, setting trade terms and performance goals.
Drive retail placement: Lead efforts to secure shelf space in key retail chains (Imtiaz, Metro, Carrefour, Al-Fatah, etc.), ensuring strong visibility and consistent availability.
Execute field strategy: Conduct regular market visits to monitor pricing, stock levels, merchandising, and distributor execution.
Align with marketing: Work closely with the brand team to execute trade promotions, in-store activations, and end-aisle displays that support sell-through.
Monitor market dynamics: Keep tabs on competitor activity, retailer feedback, and shifting market trends to inform sales strategy.
Requirements
✓  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred). t
✓  5-8 years of FMCG sales and distribution experience across multiple regions of Pakistan.
✓  Proven record of building and managing distributor networks in food, staples, or grocery categories.
✓  Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✓  Ability to travel frequently and manage multi-city operations.
