Marketing and Brand Development Lead
Sales Full-time 📍 Lahore, Pakistan
We are introducing Sunrice to the local Pakistani market, a new retail brand entering an already competitive FMCG space. The Marketing and Brand Development Lead will play a key role in building brand awareness, creating consumer familiarity, and driving visibility both online and in stores. In addition, this position will support the export market in thier marketing and growth initiatives.

This is a creative, hands-on role suited for someone who understands how FMCG brands gain traction in Pakistan through smart collaborations, digital presence, and store-level visibility, not just high-budget TV campaigns.
Responsibilities
Brand Building & Digital Presence — Develop and execute marketing strategies to establish Sunrice as a trusted everyday brand in Pakistani households, including campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn using local influencers, food pages, and trend-driven content.
Retail & On-Ground Activation — Coordinate in-store visibility opportunities (displays, sampling, end-aisle promos) across chains like Imtiaz, Al-Fatah, Metro, and Carrefour; manage POS material production and support participation in food exhibitions and trade fairs.
Content & Design Management — Oversee creation of all marketing materials — packaging visuals, social posts, short videos, and trade collaterals — working with freelance designers or agencies to maintain brand consistency. Proficiency in Canva or Adobe tools preferred.
Budget-Conscious Campaign Execution — Develop and execute marketing strategies to establish Sunrice as a trusted everyday brand in Pakistani households, including campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn using local influencers, food pages, and trend-driven content.
Performance Tracking & Reporting — Monitor engagement metrics, track campaign ROI, and use sales feedback to continuously refine marketing direction and present insights to leadership.
Team & Brand Growth — Work closely with leadership to plan future campaigns and, as the brand scales, play a key role in building out a small internal marketing team.
Requirements
✓  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred). t
✓  5-8 years of FMCG sales and distribution experience across multiple regions of Pakistan.
✓  Proven record of building and managing distributor networks in food, staples, or grocery categories.
✓  Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✓  Ability to travel frequently and manage multi-city operations.
