Reports to: Sales & Distribution Manager
We are looking for a street-smart and well-connected Market Sales Representative to visit Ghalla Mandis and wholesale markets across Punjab, build relationships with commission agents (arhtis) and traders, and drive orders for Sunrice Foods' premium rice portfolio. This is a field-based role suited to someone who knows the mandi system and thrives in a fast-paced trading environment.
What You Will Do
Visit Ghalla Mandis and wholesale food markets regularly to generate and take orders
Build and maintain strong relationships with arhtis, commission agents and bulk buyers
Represent Sunrice Foods' rice varieties and communicate product quality and pricing
Report daily market activity, competitor pricing and buyer feedback to the Sales Manager
Coordinate with the office team to ensure timely order processing and delivery
What We Are Looking For
✓ Prior experience working in or around Ghalla Mandis or wholesale food markets
✓ Existing relationships with arhtis or traders in Punjab markets is a strong advantage
✓ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
✓ Good communication skills in Urdu and Punjabi
✓ Own transport preferred — must be willing to travel across Punjab
